“Origins: Common Grace and Special Grace”

Why be good if being bad is better? Many people have wondered that through history, especially when they see people do wrong and still prosper. The world has no fear of God and yet so many prosper even when living defiantly (Psalm 73:1-3). The Bible is clear, God is sovereign over all history and He accomplishes His purposes through a variety of actors. We are called to live as witnesses to the plans and purposes of God, as well witnesses to His grace. The gospel of Jesus Christ offers hope in contrast to the violence and depravity of our world. What do we need to know about life in this world to be a witness to Jesus Christ?
