“Origins: The End of the Flood”

Have you ever felt forgotten or abandoned? Noah might have felt that way after 150 days on the Ark. That’s why Genesis 8:1 is so striking – “But God remembered Noah”. God remembers. He remembers His promises (Genesis 6:18). He remembers Jesus. He remembers you (Genesis 30:22; Exodus 2:24; 1 Samuel 1:19). When we face long trials, we may want to give up or despair. It’s at these times we need to remember the certainty of His promise and live by faith in what He will do. How do we live in light of future grace?
