“The Sign of the Covenant”

God’s people are supposed to be distinct, and different from the world. They are described by different priorities and different purposes. They have different hopes than the world offers. In order to remember this call, God has given ordinances that show His people that they belong to Him and are steered by different promises. The nation of Israel was given circumcision and the church has been given the sacrament of baptism. Today we want to look at the significance of these gifts.
